INTRODUCTION

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the supplier “Sopharma Tabex” and consumers, buyers of goods, which are offered on the site “sopharmatabex.com”, through a distance contract concluded between the parties. Purchase from the site can be made as an unregistered user, or after registration and creating a user profile. Each user fills in a registration form in which he must indicate correct and accurate data, incl. delivery details, phone, email, etc. The user declares that he is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions by checking the box “I agree with the General Terms and Conditions” on the registration form.

The use of the services on the site “sopharmatabex.com” can only be for personal/non-commercial purposes.

“Sopharma Tabex” does not guarantee and is not obliged to ensure the operation of the site without interruption or without errors, as well as does not guarantee the continuous activity of all functionalities of the site.

“Sopharma Tabex” reserves the right to change prices without notifying its customers, as well as to correct errors/inaccuracies in product information. Typographical errors, differences in color visualization, as well as changes in product design are possible.

PRICES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

All prices of products offered on “sopharmatabex.com” are final, are announced in EUR and include value added tax/VAT, as well as all other taxes, fees, etc. according to the current legislation. The announced prices do not include delivery costs, which are determined additionally.

Payment for ordered products can be made by credit or debit card or local payment methods offered on the checkout page.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES WHEN SELLING DISTANCE

“Sopharma Tabex” accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are placed through the site “sopharmatabex.com” after adding the selected products to the cart. In order to complete the order, consent to these General Terms and Conditions is required.

“Sopharma Tabex” has the right not to deliver part or all of the ordered products, as well as to delay delivery, for various objective reasons, including, but not limited to, due to depletion of stocks, wrong/incomplete delivery address or customer contact phone, in case of a declared state of emergency or emergency epidemic situation, etc., for which it notifies the user by communication by phone or e-mail.

“Sopharma Tabex” does not guarantee the availability of the goods at the time of completion of the order. The only responsibility of “Sopharma Tabex” in this case is to return the prepaid amount for the specific product(s), if any.

“Sopharma Tabex” undertakes to provide conditions for the proper packaging, transportation and delivery of the products, so that their qualities and efficiency are preserved.

With regard to the offered products, there is a legal guarantee for compliance of the goods with the sales contract.

The customer has the right to return a product at his expense, within 14 days of receipt, if he changes his mind for any reason, provided that the product has no traces of use and is in its original unopened packaging.

Upon fulfillment of the conditions for return, after receiving the product “Sopharma Tabex” is obliged to refund the customer. Refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer in the initial transaction.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The customer has the right to refuse a product and return it at his expense, within 14 days of receipt. In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify “Sopharma Tabex” of its decision to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of the 14-day period.

In all cases of refusal, the consumer must return the products at his own expense without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which he notified “Sopharma Tabex” for its decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the consumer returns the products before the expiry of the 14-day period. When the consumer has exercised his right to withdraw from the distance contract, “Sopharma Tabex” refunds all amounts received by the consumer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which was informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer in the initial transaction.

In case of refusal, the goods must be returned in the preserved original packaging, with intact integrity, unused and with complete equipment, if any. In case of non-fulfillment of these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned goods and not to refund.

ENTRY INTO FORCE AND CHANGES IN THE GENERAL TERMS:

These General Terms and Conditions enter into force on 25.08.2022 and are mandatory for all customers of “Sopharma Tabex”. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not continue to use this site to make purchases from it.

“Sopharma Tabex” may change and supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes take effect from their publication on “sopharmatabex.com” and become mandatory for all users of the site from the moment of their publication.
